Description: Currently, for registered datasets which don't have a citation identifier, a default identifier is being generated. This identifier is the URL to the gbrds.gbif.org dataset's page.

For external datasets, currently we don't have the means to obtain a good identifier to populate as a default one. This is the reason why it is being left blank.

We need to consider what is a good default citation identifier to populate here.]]>
