Summary: ambigous getRelatedAgents() and listRelatedAgents(). Remove getRelatedAgents()
Description: Currently the AgentManager holds two implementations that only differ in their return type. Leave just listRelatedAgents() and do the necessary refactoring on registry-service & registry-persistence-service projects to get rid of getAgentsRelated()
