Description: The Registry DB's metadata_property table is where the properties come from. They store information like max number of records in XML response for an Agent of type Dataset.

When converting them into Tags, please give them the hit.gbif.org namespace. The Metadata synchronizer is the only thing writing to this table, so with confidence they can be given the hit namespace.

The Dataset tags are being reliably created by the registry-metadata-synchronizer, and returned in the registry ws responses.

The tag predicates and namespaces were all documented in REG-217.

Closing issue.
