Summary: Check that response namespace ...dwc/dwcore with no trailing slash won't break fragmenter
Description: While crawling lars hit error "contentNamespace not supported: [http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/dwcore]" and the question is whether that is actually a problem, since at the moment we only allow "http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/dwcore/" (trailing slash)...
