Summary: Geospatial issues: consider value for coordinate precision when testing coordinates against country names
Description: Some publishers intentionally provide coordinates to a lesser degree of detail (e.g. cutting off after the first decimal digit). In the tests against country names, such coordinates might be flagged as erroneous if they are close to borders. Consider using the value provided for coordinate precision in the tests to prevent flagging, even if the point location as given would indeed fall into a neighbouring country.
