Comment: The document (gbif-vocabularies-review_v#.docx) is intended to foster discussion on how GBIF can best manage vocabularies published under its namespace (e.g., those at GBIF publishes a series of vocabularies at http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary) and their use in Darwin Core archives and future exchange formats.
